no-ip2 patched to make -i option more flexible

Here an update for this post

As promised I’m attaching here the patch to apply to noip2.c in order to have -i options more flexible.

Applying the patch -i argument is optional and if not specified then no-ip2 (aka dynamic DNS update client) retrieves the ip, sends it to no-ip.com (aka update it) and exits.
